This needs everybody's support, if this fails anybody could start a petition and shut down your hometown mud race or any motorsport of any kind.

Yes I think you do. But I think you can sign it and state that you are a competitor that comes to several races in custer county and if they want to throw them out they can. And that sucks, most of the racers like you are very loyal and come to almost all of the races. And almost everybody spends money in these little towns for gas or beer or something. There is a chance that we could lose the race here in Sargent, and yes there is alot more races in central Nebraska but we hate to lose one because some old man don't like it.

Hi, If you live outside of Custer County but compete with Muddrags, pulls, or motocross.... still go ahead and sign the petition. Instead of listing a business or address simply put down that you are a "competitor". If it comes down to a petition tally count. The County may have to separate those petitions listed as competitors. However, once they sort out the names of competitors from other counties or states they will be holding in their hand signed petitions of competitors willing to come to Custer County to spend their tourism and recreational dollars. This will carry some weight!! Thank you for your support.

Thanks for the great support shown tonight at the Sargent City Council Meeting... mission accomplished! It was a very nice touch that all the muddraggers wore their series t-shirts, that made quite a statement! We felt pretty confident in getting a majority vote. However, to get a unanimous vote and to have all members sign as citizens was more than expected and carries a lot of weight with the county as we proceed further. Thank you all very much.
